LABOUR DAY CELEBRATION 2025
The Labour Day celebration, held on 01.05.2025 (Thursday) was an opportunity for our organization to honour the hard work, dedication, and achievements of our employees and area collectors. This annual event, organized by the National Education Committee (NEC), brought together employees from various departments to reflect on the value of work, the importance of workers’ rights, and the contribution each individual makes to the success of the company.
Highlights of the Event
- Opening Ceremony: The event commenced with a welcome address by Mr Marimuthu our Treasurer, who highlighted the role of employees in driving the company’s growth and success.
- Cultural Performances: Employees showcased their talents in a series of cultural programs such as Traditional and modern dance performances.
- Special Address: by the National Chairman Mr Thankarajoo Subramaniam BAT PJM PPS PPA. His speech set the tone for the event and served as a powerful reminder of the value and dignity of labour.
- Guest Speaker Session: Mr S.Pandi Durai honourable lawyer, the session was both motivational and entertainment, inspiring employees to embrace unity, adaptability, and lifelong learning.
- Employee Recognition Ceremony: One of the most memorable parts of the event was the Employee Awards Ceremony, for outstanding team members area collectors.
- Lunch & Networking: The program concluded with a team lunch, allowing colleagues to relax and bond in an informal setting.
