Koperasi Kredit Pekerja-Pekerja Malaysia Berhad (KKP), through its Board of Directors, continuously conducts NEC/LCCC Training for leaders and representatives across various regions. These training sessions are designed to strengthen participants’ understanding of KKP’s products, services, policies, and operational procedures.
The training provides comprehensive guidance on the loan application process, eligibility requirements, and the procedures members must follow when applying for financing facilities offered by KKP. Participants are also briefed on the various services and benefits available to members, enabling them to better assist and support their respective communities.
In addition, the training serves as a platform to communicate KKP’s Five-Year Development Plan (2025–2030), outlining the cooperative’s strategic goals, future direction, and initiatives aimed at enhancing member value and organizational growth.
Leadership development is another key component of the training. Through discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions, participants are encouraged to strengthen their leadership skills, improve communication, and foster greater commitment to serving members effectively.
