On 15 March 2026, Koperasi Kredit Pekerja-Pekerja Malaysia Berhad (KKP) proudly hosted a Women’s Day Celebration organized by the National Women’s Committee. The event was held from 9.00 AM to 1.00 PM and featured a variety of engaging activities and sharing sessions dedicated to celebrating, appreciating, and empowering women.
We were honoured by the presence of Lawyer Puan Kasthuri Krishnan as the Special Guest of Honour. Her participation and insightful sharing added great value and significance to the celebration.
The event served as a meaningful platform to recognize the invaluable contributions of women in their families, workplaces, and communities. It also encouraged greater awareness of women’s achievements and the importance of gender equality and empowerment.
The celebration was attended by approximately 100 participants, reflecting the strong support and enthusiasm of members for initiatives that promote women’s empowerment and development.
The celebration concluded successfully with enthusiastic participation from members and guests, reflecting KKP’s continued commitment to supporting and uplifting women within the cooperative movement and society.
